Description: We are looking for a dynamic general operator to join our expanding team.  This will involve working in our router and manufacturing workshops and have the ability  working with tools and power tools, as well as manufacturing machinery including  routers and forming equipment. 


Working hours: 

  • 15:00pm – 23:30pm that has a shift premium of 10% however from time to time  depending on business needs, the work pattern may revert back to day shift (7am - 15:30 pm).

Responsibilities 

  • To carry out tasks set by Supervisor/Operations manager on all vehicle  conversions.  

  • Carry out all work activities independently as instructed by Management.  

  • Be willing to work overtime when necessary to meet production requirements  and deadlines. 

  • Have a good attitude and be willing to learn new skills and take on different tasks  when required. 

  • Complete all necessary record keeping and CRM entries on each work task.  Maintain all work tools in working order and advise management on  requirements.  

  • Ensure you have been briefed and understand all relevant task risks.  Use best/safe practice on all tasks carried out.  

  • Ensure safe tidy place of work.  

  • Ensure the completion of works is on time. 

  • Implement best practice procedures.  

  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service.  

  • To support colleagues in use of CRM system.  



Qualifications  

  • Experience with CNC machines desirable but not essential
