About the Role
To lead, motivate, and coordinate the Production Team in delivering high-quality vehicle conversions in line with planned schedules, technical specifications, and quality standards. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining health and safety compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to meet customer expectations and support the company's strategic objectives.

Operational Efficiency:
Production Output vs. Target: Number of vehicles completed per day/week vs. plan
On-Time Delivery Rate: Percentage of builds completed on or before schedule
Cycle Time Reduction: Time taken to complete each conversion vs. baseline
Quality and Assurance:
First-Time Quality Pass Rate: Percentage of vehicles passing inspection without rework
Audit Compliance Score: Results from internal/external quality or 5S audits
Error / Defect Rate: Number of defects per vehicle or unit produced
Team Management & Engagement:
Labour Productivity: Output per operator per shift
Cross-Training Coverage: Percentage of team members trained in multiple tasks
Staff Retention & Absenteeism: Monthly turnover and attendance rates
Training Completion: % of team trained on safety, process updates, new tools etc.
Resources and Material Management:
Parts Availability Rate: Instances of line stoppage due to missing components
Tooling Readiness: Percentage of tools audited and maintained on schedule

Continuous Improvement:
