Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Manager within a main motor dealership is strongly

    preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts operations, stock control and replenishment.

  • Proven experience leading and developing a Parts team.

  • Strong supplier management and commercial negotiation skills.

  • Experience managing KPIs, stock accuracy and departmental performance.

  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Confident working with dealer management, parts and inventory systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the department.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and develop the Parts / Stores team.

  • Take full ownership of stock control, replenishment and inventory accuracy.

  • Ensure parts and consumables are available to support workshop requirements.

  • Manage supplier relationships, pricing, lead times and service levels.

  • Control stock levels and investigate discrepancies.

  • Work closely with Operations, Supervisors, & Accounts.

  • Monitor departmental KPIs and drive improvements in efficiency and cost control.

  • Maintain strong parts traceability and quality standards.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Ensure the department operates in a professional, organised and customer-focused

  • manner.
