Role Summary 

OGH is seeking a highly flexible and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage a broad range of customer, vehicle, and administrative responsibilities within our small, dynamic automotive business. This multi-faceted role requires a strong blend of direct customer service, precise logistical coordination, and dedicated administrative follow-through. Due to the small nature of our business, a high degree of flexibility and a hands-on approach is essential.This position's working hours are 8am to 14.30pm Monday to Friday.

    Responsibilities

  • Carrying through IVA

  • Applying for extensions, and new NSST’s

  • Managing customer operations

  • Prospecting new customers

  • Managing customer vehicles on Maximiser

  • Liaising with customers on lead-times, pricing etc.

  • Lead reception for calls and Drop offs/ Drop ins

  • Work with compound on gathering vehicles according to schedule.

  • Working with manufacturing in terms of ensuring planned dates are met.

  • Applying and following through the NSAI and revenue for required documentation.

  • Participate with senior management on achieving business objectives and items in the business's best interests.

  • Due to the nature of the business being small, we need to be flexible


Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP system and Microsoft Office desired.

  • Experience with dealing with customer service.

  • Other

  • Must have VISA requirements for working and residing in Ireland.
