About us:

OGH design, manufacture and supply vehicle solutions to the automotive sector.

These solutions the conversions of vehicles from passenger to commercial and well

as bespoke ply lining of commercial vans.


This position may revert to shift patterns depending on demand between the working

hours of 6am and 11.30pm. Starting off it will be 3.00pm-11.30pm normal working

hours Monday to Friday but this may vary over time depending on demand from

customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead a group of CNC operators as well as operating the machines

  • Report on outputs daily

  • Monitor stock levels and report on when replenishment is required

  • To machine out kits as per requirements

  • Package kits in a format suitable for delivery to customer

  • Trace shapes using software to create cad files suitable for cutting

  • Assist is sample fitouts to ensure compliance of kits with actual vehicles

  • Assist with the workshop with continuous improvement projects in improving

  • the manufacturing of new and existing products

  • Assist in the ongoing compliance in ISO 9001 within the organisation

  • Teamwork with other departments internally and externally ensuring the parts are correct

  • Have high standards in terms of quality and delivery

  • Working to metrics assigned by management and ensuring that they are met


Qualifications

Experience in using CNC machines
