Focusing on the premium Scattolinirange—including tippers, dropsides, and box bodies—you will provide bespoke, solution-driven enhancements to the automotive and fleet sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth:Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities for Scattolini conversions, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

• Solution Selling:Consult with clients to understand their fleet requirements, designing tailored packages including tippers, dropsides, and box bodies that deliver genuine operational value.

• Account Management:Act as the strategic partner for key accounts, ensuring long-term retention through proactive communication and service excellence.

• Tender Excellence:Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive RFP and tender applications for large-scale commercial contracts.

• Market Intelligence:Maintain a sophisticated understanding of industry trends and competitor activity to position CAFCO as the partner of choice.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with our technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery, from the point of sale to final vehicle delivery.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a commercially astute professional with a customer-first mindset and a drive for results.

• Proven Success:Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally within the automotive, LCV, or fleet sectors.

• Deal Closer:A demonstrable history of winning major commercial accounts and managing complex sales cycles.

• Technical Aptitude:The ability to understand and articulate the technical value of vehicle body builds, including tipper, dropside, and box body specifications.

• Influence:Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build trust at all levels, from fleet managers to senior executives.

• Drive:Self-motivated and highly organised, with proficiency in using CRM systems to manage a high-performing pipeline.

• Mobility:A full, valid driving licence is essential for this role.
